Woman rescued after water washes out driveway

EMMETT, Idaho -- The excess water on the Payette river caused a problem for one Emmett woman Friday. It happened on Pioneer Avenue, just north of the river. The culvert there wasn't able to handle all the water. As a result, it washed out the driveway to the home. Firefighters were able to get the stranded woman to safety.
