Emmett to host send-off barbecue for 116th National Guard
Idaho civilian soldiers preparing to deploy to Iraq and Afghanistan with the Army National Guard's 116th Cavalry Brigade Combat Team will be honored at a community send-off barbecue in Emmett on Sunday, Aug. 8 beginning at noon.
